David Lockwood is the Director of Locked In Solutions and has over 20 years’ of experience in the design and execution of projects in heavy industry.  With a good grasp of the challenges that industry is currently facing and what opportunities lie ahead, Locked In Solutions is well positioned to assist where needed.
